Duty Manager
This is a full-time, hands-on role across our pub, restaurant and hotel, working 42 hours per week across daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
We’re looking for someone switched on, warm, reliable and proud of doing things properly — someone who can lead a team, look after guests, keep standards high, and spot the little things that make The Tower feel like The Tower.
